In Gebze, speeding on a street, OC slapped and cursed at Ö.K., who had warned him, in front of his children. Following the incident, OC was apprehended in Istanbul by Kocaeli Police Department teams and arrested by a court. Following the incident, it was determined that OC had also been involved in an argument with a driver named İ.B. in the İnönü neighborhood of Gebze on the same day. As the argument escalated, O.C. reportedly pointed a gun at the driver and threatened him.

It was learned that O.C., against whom İ.B. filed a complaint regarding the incident that day, was also taken against him for "threatening with a weapon."
