13 arrests for stock market manipulation!

Nineteen people, who were detained in an operation by the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Division within the scope of the investigation launched by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office upon allegations of manipulation in capital market instruments traded on Borsa Istanbul, were referred to the courthouse today.

After giving their statements at the prosecutor's office and being referred to the Criminal Court of Peace, 13 of them were arrested and sent to prison. A judicial control measure was imposed on six people.
