Playing with lighter, started a fire: Mother and son were saved at the last minute
The fire broke out on the 4th floor of a 4-storey apartment building on 19 Mayıs Street in Dumlupınar Neighbourhood in the evening hours. Upon notification, many firefighters and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Firefighters intervened and brought the fire under control.
Mother Ayşe S. and her 5-year-old son were affected by the smoke in the fire. After receiving first aid in the ambulance, the mother and son were taken to the hospital. It was learned that the fire started while the 5-year-old child was playing with a lighter. It was learned that the health conditions of the mother and child were good. An investigation has been launched regarding the fire.
