İlber Ortaylı had an accident!

The vehicle carrying historian Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı was involved in a traffic accident yesterday afternoon in the Burhaniye district of Balıkesir. The vehicle collided with another vehicle.

There were no injuries or fatalities reported in the accident. According to Son Dakika Edremit, a verbal argument broke out between Ortaylı's driver and another driver after the accident. As the incident escalated, İlber Ortaylı reportedly got out of the car and tried to calm the situation.
