Her dream of marriage ended in an accident! She was buried with tears on her engagement anniversary.

The car driver Onur Ö. (36), who was detained after the accident , was released on the condition that he would not leave the house. Stating that her son was getting married, Fatma Acar (51) said, "I was going to organize a wedding for him. But I organized that wedding for my son on the 11th of the month in which he died in the accident. I had a very beautiful wedding and buried my son in the ground. I want justice , I want the rights of my child." Merve Güneş, who shed tears at the grave of her fiancé, whom she visited every day, said that she buried Serdar Acar on the anniversary of their engagement on July 11th.
The accident occurred on July 11th on Minareliçavuş Street in the Nilüfer district. The motorcycle driven by Serdar Acar, who was on his way to the construction site where he was working with his father, crashed into a car with registration number 34 CDA 812, driven by Onur Ö. (36), who wanted to park in the opposite lane to buy simit (Turkish bagel). Acar, wearing a helmet, was thrown from the motorcycle and thrown for several meters. The injured Acar was taken to Bursa City Hospital by ambulance, where he died the same day despite the doctors' best efforts.
Detained by the police after the accident, which was captured on security cameras, the car driver, Onur Ö., said in his statement, "I wanted to buy bagels on my way to work in the morning. I signaled because the shop selling bagels was on my left. When I realized no one was coming, I wanted to turn. Serdar Acar, whose name I later learned, came from the opposite direction on his motorcycle at speed, as far as I could tell, and hit my car, injuring himself. I ran to his aid. I was very saddened when I learned he was dead." Onur Ö. was referred to the courthouse after his procedures and was released on the condition that he not leave his residence by the Criminal Court of Peace on Duty, to which he was brought with a request for arrest.

"THE SUSPECT'S RELEASE HAS HURT THE PUBLIC CONSCIENCE"
The Acar family's lawyer, Büşra Cansu Budak, stated, "According to the traffic accident report prepared by the first police officers to arrive at the scene and file a report, the primary at-fault party was identified as Onur Ö., the driver of the vehicle. The suspect, who clearly did not signal according to camera footage in the file, suddenly swerved his vehicle to the left despite there being no obstruction to obstruct his vision, ultimately killing a young person. While current practices allow arrests for simple assaults, the release of a suspect after their death , which would cause public outrage, has wounded the public conscience."
'I WAS GOING TO HOLD A WEDDING FOR MY SON'
Serdar Acar's mother, Fatma Acar, stated that the day they buried her son was a second blow to their lives, saying, "I can't find anything to say. They killed us again yesterday, because they put him under house arrest. We buried my son again. I want justice, I want nothing else. I want him to go to jail. I was going to have a wedding for my son, but I held it on the 11th of this month. I had a beautiful wedding and buried my son. I want justice, I want my child's rights."

'ALL OUR DREAMS HAVE BEEN SHARPENED'
Serdar Acar's fiancée, Merve Güneş, said she buried him on the anniversary of their engagement on July 11th. Güneş said, "We've been engaged for a year and known each other for four. It's been a year since we got engaged. On that exact day, I laid my love to rest. We had so many dreams, all our belongings were ready, and our wedding date was ready. We were supposed to get married next summer. So, all our dreams were dashed. I laid my love to rest."
'DON'T LET MY LOVED ONE'S BLOOD LEAVE ON THE GROUND'
Shedding tears at her fiancée's grave, Güneş expressed her incomprehension at the house arrest decision given to the driver who caused the accident, saying, "In that case, let everyone who comes across kill them, serve 15 days in prison, and then be reduced to a house sentence. This is absurd. I want justice, I want my loved one's blood to be shed. I want him to be punished. All our dreams have been left unfinished . The driver has a clear view, there's nothing obstructing his path. He's not signaling when he should."

'EVERYTHING IS GONE'
Stating that they learned the sad news from the hospital, father Dursun Acar (53) said, "On the day of the incident, I was waiting for my son, whom we worked with, to come home late. Meanwhile, my wife called me and said, 'The hospital police are calling, your son had an accident and was taken to the hospital injured.' Unfortunately, we received very sad news , we learned that my son had lost his life. Our life, my everything was lost. After the accident, we went to the courthouse. The defendant, who we thought was arrested, was unfortunately under house arrest."
