Euroleague 2025-2026 season fixtures announced

The EuroLeague's new season schedule has been announced. This season, the number of teams has increased from 18 to 20. Compared to last season, Valencia Basket, Hapoel Tel Aviv, and Dubai Basketball, a team from the United Arab Emirates outside of Europe, will compete in the 2025-2026 season.

The EuroLeague regular season will begin on Tuesday, September 30th and conclude with matches on Friday, April 17th. Play-in matches will be held on Tuesday, April 21st and Friday, April 24th. The playoffs will begin on Tuesday, April 28th. The 2026 EuroLeague Final Four will be held from May 22nd to May 24th, 2026.

Following the completion of the regular season, the top six teams will advance to the playoffs. The teams finishing in 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th places will also play in the playoffs.

Two teams from Türkiye will compete

This season's Euroleague competition will include Efes, Monaco, Baskonia, Red Star, Dubai Basketball, Olimpia Milano, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Fenerbahce Beko, Hapoel Tel Aviv, ASVEL, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Olympiacos, Panathinaikos, Paris Basketball, Partizan, Real Madrid, Valencia Basket, Virtus Bologna and Zalgiris Kaunas.

In the first week, defending champion Fenerbahçe will face French team Paris Basketball at home. Anadolu Efes will play Israeli team Maccabi Tel Aviv at home. The Turkish derbies between Fenerbahçe and Efes will be played in weeks 6 and 25. Greek team Panathinaikos, coached by Ergin Ataman, will host German team Bayern Munich.
