The Lipetskkurort health resort will be reconstructed for 6 billion rubles

The reconstruction will take place on an area of ​​6.3 hectares. It is planned to create an automated medical block, in which diagnostic and physiotherapy equipment will be installed. Traditional mud and water treatment services will be offered there.

The modernized sanatorium will include 260 rooms for year-round accommodation. More than 25 thousand people will be able to visit the complex annually. As before the reconstruction, the health resort will provide outpatient and residential sanatorium and resort services.

After completion of the work, the sanatorium intends to provide health services in six key areas: treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems, gastrointestinal tract, nervous system, gynecological and urological diseases.

“The modernization concept involves complex monolithic and facade works, all auxiliary infrastructure, catering equipment and medical equipment will be updated, the adjacent territory will be improved, but the basis of the resort will remain the same - unique mud therapy and famous mineral waters,” Lipetsk Resort clarified .

After the launch of the health resort, the number of workers will increase more than threefold. In addition, it is planned to restore two cultural heritage sites - they will return their historical appearance.

On June 20, at the SPIEF-2025, the Kaliningrad Region Government signed an agreement with the Kortros Group of Companies on the construction of a multifunctional health resort and hotel complex in Svetlogorsk. The parties estimate the investment volume at 20 billion rubles. The health resort with an area of ​​over 30 thousand square meters will be located on 30.6 hectares, and the sanatorium will be put into operation in stages by 2032. It is planned that it will offer a full range of modern medical and health-improving methods and hotel services for family vacations.
