Main
#1 The head of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov spoke about the methodology for forming medical workers' salaries under the new system - a specialized pilot project was launched in May in Yakutia, Kurgan and Lipetsk regions. Kotyakov noted that the regulator, together with other departments, has already worked out the payment parameters, systematized various compensation and incentive payments and created their unified lists. For example, for different positions, they provided for the distribution of work by complexity and, based on this, formed 25 wage groups. They will be assigned to groups depending on the level of qualification for the corresponding position. In addition, to calculate payments, they will use the "regional differentiation coefficient" and a single calculated value - the base for establishing salaries.
#2 The Russian Ministry of Health intends to make changes to the medical education system again. Now the regulator proposes to allow graduates of medical and pharmaceutical universities to undergo periodic accreditation of a specialist only after they have passed the initial accreditation and worked for at least three years in a state clinic under the supervision of mentors. Specialists, with the exception of "targeted students", will be able to choose the region and place of work independently. Among other innovations is the establishment of a fine of double the cost of training for "targeted students" in case of failure to fulfill the contract. Both doctors and the customer will be fined.
