The capital's network of MRI centers has become part of ABC-Medicine

According to SPARK-Interfax, Avsmeditsina LLC acquired 80% of the shares of Mrt24 LLC in June 2025; in the same month, Medical Consulting LLC, headed by the CEO of the clinic chain Artem Melikhov, became the managing organization of Mrt24.
ABC-Medicine confirmed the fact of the deal to Vademecum. They noted that the purchase of MRT24 is a logical continuation of the company's expansion policy. In 2024, Vladimir Voronin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FSK Group, whose company owns the ABC-Medicine chain, announced that the founders are going to invest about 3 billion rubles in opening new points, including through the purchase of existing clinics.
"We expect that the acquisition of MRT24 will improve the operational efficiency and investment attractiveness of the company, and will also contribute to achieving our global goal - to ensure wider territorial availability of high-quality medical care. The medical institutions that have joined the network will significantly strengthen the potential for providing modern diagnostic services to our patients," explained Artem Melikhov.
Until June 2025, the CEO and main owner of MRT24 was Dodo Barkalaya. The network of medical centers provides 24-hour CT and MRI diagnostics at three locations in Moscow; in 2024, the company's revenue amounted to 189 million rubles.
"ABC-Medicine" is a multidisciplinary network of clinics for adults and children, currently managing 20 locations in Moscow and the Moscow region. The clinics' revenue for 2024 amounted to 1.72 billion rubles (1.36 billion rubles in 2023).
In 2024, ABC-Medicine changed its CEO and the chain began expanding, opening two clinics in Novie Cheryomushki and Mosfilmovskaya, as well as buying out shares in the Child and Family and Premier Medica clinics, which now continue their work as ABC-Medicine projects.
