Presidents of Sebrae and COP30 meet to discuss the role of small businesses in the climate agenda

The president of Sebrae, Décio Lima, will receive this Thursday (15), at 12 pm, at the institution's national headquarters, ambassador André Correa do Lago, president of the 30th United Nations Conference on Climate Change.
During the meeting, Lima will present the proposal to create the MPE Day at COP30, in addition to Sebrae's position paper on the inclusion of micro and small businesses in the Conference to address climate challenges.
“The green transition will be the major driver of global growth in the coming years, and small businesses have a key role to play in taking advantage of these opportunities for the economies of countries in the Global South. Without small businesses, the green transition will not be complete,” says Décio Lima.
