FADEP continues to soar: they defeated Guaymallén and are champions of the Mendoza League.

FADEP was crowned champion of the Mendoza League tournament, defeating Deportivo Guaymallén in a close and exciting duel. The ninety minutes ended 0-0, and Cóndor was more effective from the penalty spot.

The match was played like a true final. Both teams gave their all on the field, playing a changing, entertaining game but with few chances in front of goal.

The Cacique got off to a better start, with the clearest chance of the afternoon just two minutes in when Sanfilippo and Córica failed to breach Dilio's goal , and Costella cleared it off the line. The Tricolor number nine was a standout, along with Cayla and Moyano, but the team began to fall behind as time went on.

FADEP grew in their control of the ball, dominating the game from the half-hour mark until the final whistle. In this regard, they excelled at circulating the ball, forcing their opponents to exert pressure and try to recover. However, apart from Jesús Guerrero and Paul Martín, they lacked aggression in the closing stages.

However, that didn't stop them from coming close to opening the scoring on several occasions. First, Guerrero fed Martín, who curled a shot just wide. Towards the end, Paul Martín had a one-on-one but lost to Mauro Rodríguez's quick, well-timed clearance , and then Canedo and Costella failed to capitalize on a rebound from the goalkeeper after Satti's cross.

So they went to penalties, where Guaymallén suffered from the start . One of their key players, Agustín Sanfilippo, missed the first shot, and from then on, it was all a struggle. FADEP didn't miss a single shot, and the title stayed at home.
