Construction of the Tepatitlán Autism Center begins in May

This Tuesday, the General Coordinator of Social Development for the State of Jalisco, Andrea Blanco Calderón, announced that construction will begin this May on one of the four Autism Care Centers that will be built during this administration in the state. This one will be located in the municipality of Tepatitlán .

After visiting various locations, it was agreed that this will be located very close to the Bus Station in that municipality, and will have an investment of 80 million pesos .

He added that once it is ready, it will benefit around 400 families in the region , not just those in Tepatitlán .

The first stone of this Center is expected to be laid on May 21 , in the company of local authorities.

The other autism care centers, the coordinator recalled, will be promoted in Puerto Vallarta , Lagos de Moreno and Zapotlán El Grande .

In the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area , he said, they are already working hand in hand with the Teletón CRIT , based on a collaboration agreement signed with the Government of Jalisco .

The above was announced within the framework of the presentation of actions regarding child care in the State, in the framework of Children's Day , which is celebrated tomorrow, April 30th, and where also, he said, this state administration has allocated 1.7 billion pesos in this administration for different transversal programs focused on children, among them, for example, support for daycare centers or support for school supplies and uniforms.
