Which brands will be arriving at the new shopping center at the Mendoza Terminal?

Ten billion pesos will be invested in the west wing to complete the terminal's renovations.
With an investment of nearly $10 billion , the Mendoza Bus Terminal is moving forward with the complete renovation of its west wing to convert it into a shopping center . The demolition of the old west wing is now complete , and according to its manager, Gastón Labari, construction will begin in early June and will take a year to complete.
"The idea is to transform that part of the terminal into a large shopping center," Labari explained. The new sector will feature a food court on the ground floor with a variety of culinary offerings, a children's entertainment area, and approximately 30 retail spaces.
McDonald's has already been confirmed, and the installation of between five and six additional food brands is planned.
On the upper floor, meanwhile, there will be approximately 40 commercial offices for transportation companies and other related services.

In addition, a specially designed space will be built for the departure and arrival of school, sports, and alumni delegations.
"Previously, these groups departed from schools, but now they will depart from a dedicated hall inside the terminal, under the supervision of transportation authorities to ensure that the buses and drivers meet all the requirements. This, in some ways, gives parents peace of mind," Labari explained.
The reconfiguration of the spaces will follow a clear scheme: the east wing will be dedicated to intercity transport, the north wing to national and international transport, and the west wing will be used primarily for commercial services and branches.
"The goal is to modernize the terminal, make it more comfortable and safe, and also create a comprehensive experience for users, so they don't just come to travel, but also find an attractive place to stay, shop, and enjoy," the manager concluded.
