Cardboard Highway. The National Guard is deploying cardboard patrol cars to shit on speeding drivers, and well... not everyone was thrilled with the idea.

This was denounced by the state leader of the PRI in Michoacán , Guillermo Valencia, who published a clip on his social networks showing the decoy of the controversial police force, stationed on a highway with the intention of discouraging drivers from believing themselves to be emulators of Checo.

“This simulation of a National Guard patrol, even with codes and everything, represents the reality of Mexico,” Memo said while posing next to the “unit.”

The video shows that the "vehicle" even has a "siren" on, which must be powered by some kind of alternative energy source, as there are no visible contacts or batteries, which would undoubtedly have been taken by some driver who was disturbed by the incident.
