Netflix plans a Boca Juniors World Cup miniseries: it will be a single episode.

Buffet Xeneize.- Following Boca Juniors' early and surprising elimination from the Club World Cup, Netflix has confirmed that it will produce a miniseries about the Argentine team's participation… which will consist of a single episode.
"It's an intense story, ideal for people who only watch the first episode of a series," explained a spokesperson for the platform while trying to get a taste for the mate.
In the Boca documentary, viewers will be able to choose their own excuse for elimination.Boca Juniors Eliminated from the Club World Cup
But let's remember ALL THE CUPS THEY WON:

The production will feature interviews with former players, close-ups with Boca fans, and flashbacks of past glories, all in order to complete at least the first (and only) chapter.

"At first, we wanted the series to be eight episodes long, but since it took them longer to arrive than to leave, we're going to make it more of a documentary," the director clarified, trying to hide his disappointment.
It was announced that the episode will include dramatic scenes of the players losing with "passion and resilience," flashbacks to the Copa Libertadores they won in 2000, a sequence to accuse the referees of "conspiracy" in the match they lost to Bayern, and an open ending where the fans assure us that "the next one will be ours."

Netflix is also considering adding an interactive section where viewers can choose their favorite excuse: “the referee,” “the heat,” “the synthetic turf,” or “the US immigration officers who made them nervous.”
