While Zaha stated that he has not said anything negative about Galatasaray since his departure, he claimed that the perception was created through him.

The experienced winger, who transferred to MLS team Charlotte, made the following statement while addressing the notable allegations about the yellow-red community: "One day I will talk about my time at Galatasaray; only because of this disgusting narrative carried out around my name. This is unfair.

Since leaving Galatasaray, I haven't said a single bad word about the club or the fans. But half the fans, wherever I go, continue this Zaha hate campaign. It's truly unbelievable.
