A historic move of 8.1 billion from Galatasaray!

One of the clubs that has recently increased its capital is Galatasaray ... The red and yellow team announced to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has decided to increase the current capital of 5.4 billion TL by 8.1 billion TL by 150 percent to 13.5 billion TL. In other words, the red and yellow club will add 8.1 billion TL to its coffers with the sale of the new shares it has put up for sale. The club announced that it will use 80 percent of the funds to be obtained within this scope for the debts of the Banks Association of Turkey, 15 percent for football players, technical staff and transfer fees, and 5 percent for tax payments.

EXPENDITURE LIMIT WILL INCREASE

According to the figures announced by the TFF the day before, Galatasaray, which has a spending limit of 6.1 billion TL, can use one-third of the capital increase fee to increase spending limits according to the Club License and Financial Sustainability Directive. In other words,Aslan will reach a spending limit of 8.7 billion TL (Approximately 185 million Euros) with an increase of 2.7 billion TL.
