THE REAL ESTATE WILL BE SOLD

From the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Highways, 1st Regional Directorate:

The real estates with the names, estimated cost, provisional guarantee, tender date and time written below are offered for sale by closed bidding method in accordance with Article 35.a of Law No. 2886. The bidding will be carried out by the tender committee in the Tender Hall of the Highways 1st Regional Directorate. The tender document for this real estate can be seen at the address given below. Those who will bid on the tender must purchase the tender document approved by the Administration.

Tender document sales prices (tax included): 1,900.00 TRY (One Thousand Nine Hundred Turkish Liras)

Those who want to make an offer for these real estates must obtain a site inspection document from the Real Estates Chief Engineer stating that they have seen the current condition of the real estate, "The buyer is deemed to have seen, liked and accepted the current condition of the real estate (electricity, water, gas, natural gas and allocation as lodging, occupation, damage, share, area (m²), development, settlement, site, right of loyalty, all annotations etc.). He/she will not have any right of objection or demand against the General Directorate of Highways in this regard.

1 - Natural and legal persons who will participate in the tender to be held by Closed Bidding Procedure;

A - Conditions to be sought for natural persons:

a) Legal residence document (Civil Registry Office or Mukhtar's Office)

b) Copy of identity card (Civil Registry Office or Mukhtar's Office)

c) Notarized signature declaration

d) Address declaration for notification in Türkiye (telephone and fax number, registered electronic mail address (KEP), if any)

B- Conditions to be sought in legal entities:

a) Address declaration for notification in Türkiye (telephone and fax number, registered electronic mail address (KEP), if any)

b) A document obtained from the court of the place where the administrative center of the legal entity is located or from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry where it is registered or from a similar authority, indicating that the legal entity is registered in the registry within the year the tender was held, and the trade registry gazette,

c) Notarized signature circular.

C - Common conditions for real and legal persons:

a) Proof of receipt for the provisional guarantee (1st Regional Directorate of Highways IBAN Number: TR 96 0001 0005 2955 9148 2850 03) or bank letter of guarantee (The form and content of the provisional letter of guarantee must meet the conditions specified in Article 27 of the State Tender Law No. 2886.) The Provisional Letter of Guarantee will be indefinite.

b) If the bidder is participating by proxy, the powers of attorney of the persons who will make the offer on behalf of the bidder and the notarized signature declaration of the person participating by proxy,

c) Real Estate Sales Specification, (Each page of the specification must be signed separately by the tenderer.)

d) Tender File receipt document

e) Site visit document (signed by the administration and the participant)

D- Conditions to be sought in case of a joint venture:

a) In case the bidders are a joint venture; each of the real and legal persons forming the joint venture shall provide the documents requested in clauses (A) and (B).

b) In addition, they must submit a joint venture declaration and partnership agreement in accordance with the specifications. (If the tender is won, a notarized partnership agreement will be submitted.)

2 - In the closed bidding method, bids are made in writing. After the bid letter is placed in an envelope and sealed, the bidder's name, surname or trade name, and full address for notification are written on the envelope. The glued part of the envelope is signed or sealed by the bidder. This envelope (INNER ENVELOPE) is placed in a second envelope together with the receipt or bank guarantee letter for the temporary guarantee and other requested documents and sealed (OUTER ENVELOPE). The bidder's name, surname, trade name, full address and the job to which the bid is related are written on the outer envelope and sealed and delivered to the Tender Commission Presidency at the address of the Highways 1st Regional Directorate Hamidiye Mah. Kemerburgaz Cad. No:170 34408-Kağıthane/ISTANBUL until the tender date and time. Bid envelopes submitted after this time or delays for any reason will not be taken into account.

3 - All taxes, stamp duties, fees and transportation expenses to be paid on the sales price in accordance with the relevant legislation are the responsibility of the buyer.

4 - The tender committee is free to decide whether or not to conduct the tender.

5 - Appropriately prepared offers can be sent by registered mail. Delays in the mail will not be accepted.
