The historic Keyvanlar Mansion was reduced to ashes

A fire broke out for an unknown reason at night in the 3-storey historical Keyvanlar Mansion in the Seyrancık Neighbourhood of the Mudurnu district of Bolu.

The flames inside the wooden Ottoman mansion spread rapidly, engulfing the entire structure. Numerous firefighters and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the scene upon receiving a report. These teams extinguished the fire, rendering the mansion unusable.

Keyvanlar Mansion, built in the 1850s, is reportedly one of the district's historic landmarks. It was previously used as a hotel but ceased operating two years ago. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
