Shock of prison request for Sabancı! Interesting request from ex-son-in-law

Çiğdem Sabancı, who married businessman Faruk Bilen in 1996, recently applied to the Istanbul Family Court and ended her marriage. In the divorce case she filed against her ex-husband Faruk Bilen on the grounds of "the fundamental disruption of the marriage union and adultery", Faruk Bilen denied all allegations and filed a counter divorce case demanding 75 million lira in compensation.
THEY GOT DIVORCED BUT THEY STILL WENT TO COURTThe couple divorced after a two-year trial. The court ruled that Faruk Sabancı should pay 500 thousand liras in nonpecuniary damages to his ex-wife Çiğdem Sabancı, but rejected Bilen's request for compensation and alimony.
According to the news by Deniz Yusufoğlu from Sabah, the incidents did not end there. Not even a month after their divorce, the former couple went to court again. Faruk Bilen, who claimed that his ex-wife Çiğdem Sabancı had made news by violating the publication ban decision given by the Family Court, requested a preventive detention.
"HE IGNORED THE PUBLICATION BAN, HE SHOULD BE GIVEN PRISON"Handan Bakbak, the lawyer of Faruk Bilen, who stated in his petition that Çiğdem Sabancı had news made against her client immediately after the divorce decision, said, "Çiğdem Sabancı's unilateral statement and photographs of the parties were also used. Although 1-2 hours have passed since the last hearing, for which the reasoned decision has not yet been written, Çiğdem Sabancı has violated the publication ban. Due to the news, my client's reputation in public and in social life has been damaged, and her personal rights have been attacked. Çiğdem Sabancı, who disregarded the publication ban, has committed a crime. For this reason, we demand that a preventive detention decision be given for her and that an investigation be initiated for the relevant crimes and that she be punished."
