Erdogan did not mention the dissolution of the PKK!

AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan did not make a statement regarding the dissolution of the PKK in his speech at the 157th foundation anniversary ceremony on the Danıştay.

Erdoğan's statements are as follows;

"In our belief, existence is created on justice. The wisdom of justice is that the divine manifestation on earth is only established on this axis of measurement. The slightest deviation in the scale of justice is pregnant with irreparable consequences. In this respect, it is important that the weak never be oppressed by the strong. Our ancestors said, "If force enters through the door, custom exits through the chimney."

Our Council of State has been carrying out such a vital duty for 157 years. It resolves disputes between the public and citizens. If the state rules with justice, it is a state. No authority that allows injustice and cannot resolve grievances can continue to exist. You cannot establish peace, security, democracy and tranquility in a country where justice is shaken. Our judges and prosecutors fulfill a very important responsibility. Effective, fast and accessible justice is at the top of our government's priorities. We have implemented many regulations to strengthen the judiciary to date. We have supported this with our reform and strategy documents. We have left behind the law of superiors, which is a bitter memory of tutelage periods, and instead have made the principle of the rule of law dominant. Instead of a judiciary that applauds coups, we have established a judicial regime that gives the putschists the verdict that the nation deserves. We have added the principle of impartiality to the independence of the judiciary. We have expanded our services in the judiciary in a very wide range. We increased the number of first instance courts from 146 in 2002 to 233, and we established regional administrative courts in 9 regions to conduct appeals in a way that minimizes errors."

"OUR FIGHT AGAINST FETO WILL CONTINUE"

"We have taken our work even further with the 4th judicial reform strategy document. We have shared with the public the regulations that will prevent the perception of impunity. We will not allow the perception that those who do wrong get away with it to take root in society. We are determined to protect the rights of our citizens who abide by the law. We will continue to come down on those who commit crimes and those who consider themselves above the law and the state.

Our fight against FETÖ, which has not given up on ambushing the nation and the state even after all the treason that has been revealed, will continue to grow stronger. The fact that water sleeps but FETÖ cells do not sleep is reminded of itself once again with operations. Weakness in the fight against FETÖ will have heavy costs. History repeats itself if lessons are not learned. We can prevent the repetition of pain and betrayals by learning from history. Otherwise, we would be betraying the oppressed who have pinned their hopes on Türkiye's strengthening. I believe that our judiciary will also show attention and vigilance. Targeting the families of our members of the judiciary and booing them in the squares is a great irresponsibility. There is no justification for this. Everyone, whether politician or journalist, should help the constitution to function. No one can point a finger at the judicial authorities."
