Tragic incident in Erzurum! A 13-year-old man who entered the river lost his life.

Two of the three children who were swept away by the current after entering the Aras River in the Ilıgöze Neighborhood of Erzurum's Tekman district were rescued with the help of people around.

13-year-old Aylin Sarıkan, one of the children who disappeared in the water, was found unconscious on the riverbank some time later.

Sarıkan, who was taken to hospital, could not be saved despite intervention.
