Since the sale process was initiated with the petition submitted by Mehmet AKDOĞAN, and since the notification could not be made at the address given to the Shareholders Fatma ŞENGÜL and Nadide ERGÜN and the valid address could not be found despite the police investigation, it was decided that the notification of the VALUATION REPORT should be made publicly;

In the Value Appraisal Report dated 31/10/2024, it is hereby notified that the value of the parcel 12 on island 1587 in the Kervansaray Neighborhood of Şile district, Istanbul province, has been determined as 93,551,287.50 TL, the value of the parcel 7 on island 1608 as 8,467,835.00 TL, and the value of the parcel 9 on island 1582 as 14,280,165.00 TL. You are hereby notified that you may file an objection to the Value Appraisal at the Şile Civil Court of Peace within 7 days from the date of notification to the Value Appraisal Report in accordance with Article 128/a of the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Code.
