They must be signed with an e-signature and submitted via EKAP by the tender date and time. 9- Bidders will submit their bids in unit price format based on the total price calculated by multiplying the quantity of each work item by the unit prices offered for these items. Following the tender, a unit price contract will be signed with the awarded bidder. 10- Bids will be submitted for the entire project in this tender. 11- Bidders will provide a provisional guarantee of their own choosing, not less than 3% of the bid price. 12- There will be no electronic auctions in this tender. 13- The validity period of submitted bids is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the tender date. 14- Bids cannot be submitted as a consortium. 15- Other matters:
