The man who harassed the child he met in the game was detained

Taking action after harassing correspondence made via a gaming application was shared on social media, the police determined that the correspondence in question belonged to 14-year-old H.Ş.

Interviewed by the police teams, H.Ş. stated that "2-3 weeks ago, he met the person who said his name was C. through a game application, they started talking on a mobile phone, this person later harassed him, threatened and blackmailed him even though he did not want to meet with him."

Following this, 22-year-old AD was identified and taken into custody in Avcılar. It was announced that an investigation into the suspect for the crime of "child sexual abuse" was ongoing.
