Beware of those who leave their shoes in front of their doors! You may face foreclosure.

The habit of leaving shoes outside doors, a common occurrence in apartment buildings and complexes, can lead to tension and arguments between neighbors. If shoes aren't removed despite warnings, the complainant can file a lawsuit and obtain a court order to have the items removed.
Speaking to NTV, lawyer Şeref Kısacık emphasized the importance of using common areas, saying, "Neighborhood law, the prohibitions in the management plan, and the regulations in the Condominium Law must be adhered to. Common areas belong to all of us, and no one person can use them individually." Kısacık emphasized that if any apartment owner claims damage, a lawsuit can be filed, and the court will make its decision based on evidence and inspection.
The court may order the removal of shoes and any shoe cabinets, and the prohibition of placing items in front of the door. If the order is not complied with, enforcement is enforced; those who fail to remove their belongings despite all warnings may lose their apartments through enforcement.
