UK traffic regulations: Driving licences may be revoked

Justice Secretary Alex Davies-Jones confirmed the government is reviewing the current alcohol limit as part of its plans to comprehensively overhaul driving rules.
Under the proposals, Britons could face penalty points on their licences for not wearing a seatbelt or heavier penalties for driving without insurance, while those over 70 could be banned from driving if they fail a mandatory eye test.
"This is the biggest change to our driving laws in decades and that's because the public are telling us they want it, they want us to act and they think the time is right for us to review these laws," Davies-Jones said on a TV programme.
