HSK decision published in the Official Gazette

According to the HSK decision published in the Official Gazette, Bartın and Zonguldak provinces were removed from the Sakarya Regional Court of Justice jurisdiction and included in the Ankara Regional Court of Justice jurisdiction. With the decision, it was decided that the Ankara Regional Court of Justice jurisdiction would be redefined to include the territorial borders of Ankara, Bartın, Çankırı, Eskişehir, Karabük, Kastamonu, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir and Zonguldak provinces, and that the jurisdictions of other regional courts of justice would remain unchanged.
