According to the announcement published in the Official Gazette, personnel will be recruited to Manisa Celal Bayar University. Information on Celal Bayar University personnel recruitment application conditions, application dates, and positions to be employed are here. Nurse and support staff positions are predominant. Details regarding contracted personnel positions are as follows.
CELAL BAYAR UNIVERSITY PERSONNEL RECRUITMENTAccording to the subparagraph (b) of the additional article 2 of the Principles on Amendments to the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel published in the Official Gazette dated 28.06.2007 and numbered 26566, annexed to the Decree numbered 7/15754 dated 06.06.1978, to be employed in accordance with subparagraph (B) of article 4 of the Civil Servants Law numbered 657 and to have their expenses covered by the special budget, a total of 178 (one hundred and seventy eight) contracted personnel will be employed in the positions specified in the attached list, based on the 2024 KPSS (B) group score ranking.

Celal Bayar University personnel recruitment conditions are as follows:
GENERAL CONDITIONS (FOR CANDIDATES WHO WILL APPLY FOR ALL TITLES) 1- The following general conditions specified in Article 48 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657 are sought in applicants: a) To be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey. b) Not to be deprived of public rights. c) Not to have been sentenced to imprisonment for one year or more due to a crime committed intentionally, even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed, or not to have been convicted of crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the Constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, rigging a tender, rigging the performance of an obligation, laundering assets originating from a crime or smuggling, even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed. d) For male candidates, in terms of military service status; not to have any relation with military service, not to have reached the age of military service or, if reached the age of military service, to have completed active military service or to have been postponed or transferred to the reserve class. e) Not to have a mental illness that may prevent him/her from performing his/her duty continuously, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 53 of Law No. 657. 2- In accordance with the "Law on Security Investigation and Archive Research" published in the Official Gazette dated 17.04.2021 and numbered 31457, an archive search will be conducted on the candidates who are entitled to be placed and who have applied, and the candidate will be contacted with whom the contract will be signed following the results of the archive search. 3- Candidates who will apply for all titles must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the last application date of the advertisement. 4- Candidates will only be able to apply for a single qualification code specified in the advertisement. If it is determined that the candidate has applied for more than one qualification code, both applications will be considered invalid. 5- Applicants must meet all of the "Required Qualifications" and general conditions (graduation, KPSS score, age requirement, gender, experience/certificate requirement for the desired titles, etc.) listed opposite the qualification code they are applying for and must document this. 6- Having taken the 2024 KPSS exam and received at least 60 (sixty) points. (For undergraduate graduates, 2024 KPSS P3, for associate degree graduates, 2024 KPSS P93, for secondary school graduates, 2024 KPSS P94 score is taken as basis. Candidates' KPSS score type must comply with the graduation condition sought in the title and qualification code applied for. For example, a candidate who will apply for a qualification code that requires an associate degree graduation must also have a 2024 KPSS score type at the associate degree level.) If the candidates' scores are equal, the candidate with the graduation date earlier will be given priority, and if these are equal, the candidate with the birth date earlier will be given priority. 7- Not receiving retirement or old-age pension from any Social Security Institution. 8- Candidates who will apply for all titles must not have any illness or similar disability that may prevent them from continuously performing the services related to the position they will apply for and other similar duties assigned by the institution. 9- To have a health certificate proving that they do not have any mental or physical disability that may prevent them from fulfilling their duties. (This document will be requested in the form of a health board report from candidates who are eligible to be placed in a job after the candidates are placed.) 10- Candidates who will apply for all titles should not have a condition that would prevent them from working on duty or shifts. 11- The status of the candidates who will apply should be in compliance with the provision of Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, “Those employed in this way cannot be employed in contracted personnel positions of institutions until one year has passed from the date of termination in case their contracts are terminated by their institutions due to acting contrary to the principles of the service contract or if they unilaterally terminate the contract during the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by the Presidential Decree, or from the end of the contract in case they do not renew the contract.” 12- The internship periods during education are not included in the experience periods requested in the qualification codes requiring experience.
