The necessary administrative and technical procedures were initiated after the sample collection process by official veterinarians who clearly saw the symptoms of the disease in the animal in question. The citizen, who said that he bought the diseased animal from the animal dealer 3 weeks ago, said that the animal came from outside the province. Within the scope of the quarantine application, the current Tosya Animal Market will remain closed until the disease is eliminated. In addition, the quarantine covers 25 central neighborhoods and 15 villages.
