Comedy coup Hot Buffet is in theaters

The movie Sıcak Büfe, signed by D Media, was released today after a special screening held in Beyoğlu on Wednesday. The invitation of the movie, which brings to the big screen the test of two brothers with different characters with money and the extraordinary adventures they experience during this process; Demirören Medya TV Group President Murat Yancı, the producer of the movie on behalf of D Media, Kanal D Drama Director Gökhan Yıldız, the actors of the movie Hakan Yılmaz, Orkuncan İzan, Bihter Dinçel, Deniz Hamzaoğlu, Esra Kızıldoğan, Orhan Aydın and members of the press attended.

YANCI: A JOB GUARANTEED TO LAUGH

Speaking to the press after the special screening, Demirören Media TV Group President Murat Yancı said the following:

"I watched the movie three times. I laughed all three times. I think it's a very warm and beautiful work that guarantees laughter. We needed something like this during this period. It's a very good comedy. I hope it will find its place in the cinema. We're waiting for the audience."

YILMAZ: THERE WAS A VERY NICE WORKING ENVIRONMENT ON THE SET

Hakan Yılmaz, who plays the character Cihangir in the film Sıcak Büfe, said, “A beautiful 1.5-hour comedy awaits the audience. We are telling an unfortunate story that happens to a brother and sister. There are many elements in this black comedy that we will laugh at. It is a very fast-paced and beautiful film. Cihangir is responsible for taking care of his family. He has a lot of debts and he gets an opportunity to pay them off. There was a very nice working environment on the set. Serdar Gözelekli and his team were very fast. We finished our film in 16-17 days. It turned out to be a very clean job and it was enjoyable.”

İZAN: A VERY WARM FAMILY COMEDY AWAITS THE AUDIENCE

Orkuncan İzan, who gave life to the role of Hakan, said, “A very warm family comedy awaits the audience. They are all very likeable characters that the audience will love. It was a fun job. There were many open doors in my character. It was a chance for me. I focused a little more on his conscience and his optimistic side.”

DİNÇEL: WE WILL HAVE MORE ENJOYABLE MOMENTS WITH COMMENTS

Bihter Dinçel, who introduced the character of Arzu to the audience, said, “We will have more enjoyable moments with the comments that will come. We shot it in a short period of time like 2 weeks. We were shooting a warm story and we did nothing but have fun. The film consists of the stories of people living in a small neighborhood and having small lives. Suddenly, a huge amount of money comes into their hands. When they touch that money, they get into a spiral of trouble. The character of Arzu is an ambitious woman who loves money and misleads them about this issue and is always in the middle of events.”

Esra Kızıldoğan, who brought Faika to the screens in Sıcak Büfe, said, “A very nice and warm neighborhood comedy awaits the audience. The character of Faika is Cihangir’s wife and a housewife who tries to keep her family on their feet honestly. We worked very pleasantly. The whole team had a great time.”

AYDIN: D PRODUCTION'S FIRST CINEMA FILM PROJECT

Orhan Aydın, who appeared before the audience in the role of Baran, said, “D production’s first movie project. It was a separate pleasure for me to be among the firsts in this project. It is a movie that can be easily watched in the cinema. The character I play is aggressive, rude and a troublemaker for people. One of the most important things here is that such people receive the necessary punishment at the end of the movie. It is a special pleasure to see this. There is a lot of laughter in the movie.”

BAYRAMOĞLU: THERE IS LOTS OF FUN

Deniz Bayramoğlu, who plays the character of Light, said, “A lot of fun and comedy from a team that understands each other very well awaits the audience. Light is a heavy character. Our audience will understand better when they watch it. It was a very fast and fun working environment.”

ADVENTURE FULL COMEDY IN CINEMAS

The film, directed by Serdar Gözelekli, was written by Levent Cantek, Ali Demirel and Volkan Sümbül. The production stars Hakan Yılmaz and Orkuncan İzan, and the cast includes successful names such as Bihter Dinçel, Deniz Hamzaoğlu, Barış Yıldız, Esra Kızıldoğan, Orhan Aydın, Ömer Kurt and Yüksel Ünal.

Offering the audience an action and adventure-filled comedy, Sıcak Büfe was released in Azerbaijan on May 15th and in Türkiye today. It will be in theaters in Europe on May 22nd.
