Cars collide at intersection: 5 injured

Five people were injured in a traffic accident that occurred in the Bucak district of Burdur.

The accident took place at around 10.15 a.m. at the intersection of Orhangazi Street and Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Boulevard in the Sanayi Mahallesi. According to information received, the Fiat Tofaş car with the registration number 15 AAU 998, driven by Durmuş Ü. (70), and the same car with the registration number 15 AU 122, driven by Süleyman MA (23), collided at the intersection.

As a result of the collision, the driver, Durmuş Ü., Gülizar Ü. (70), Adnan AAÜ. (7), Mertcan Ü. (13) and Furkan T. (25), who was a passenger in the other vehicle, were injured.

Following the report, paramedics, firefighters, and police were dispatched to the scene. After receiving first aid, the injured were taken to Bucak State Hospital by ambulance. They are reported to be in good condition. An investigation into the accident has been launched.
