Car overturns in ditch: 1 dead, 2 injured

The car driven by KT (36) overturned into a ditch near Gedikler village on the Afyonkarahisar-Uşak highway after the driver lost control of the steering wheel.

Upon notification, health, gendarmerie and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

Upon examination by the health teams, it was determined that Kazım Sağcan (16), who was in the car, had died.

The driver and his passenger, A.Ö. (24), who were injured in the accident, were taken to Uşak Training and Research Hospital by ambulance.

Sağcan's body was taken to the Banaz State Hospital morgue.
