Triathlon: Académica is the regional champion.

The men's and women's teams from Académica were crowned regional champions in triathlon. Individually, the regional title was won by Leonardo Jerónimo, also from AAC. The Central Coastal and Interior Regional Championship includes all teams from the districts of Coimbra, Guarda, Castelo Branco, Leiria, Portalegre and Santarém.

This is a competition that awards team titles, in both men's and women's categories, as well as individual titles by gender and age group.
