Joana Schenker wins her fifth Miss Quebramar Cup victory

Joana Schenker won the Miss Quebramar Cup for the fifth time, consolidating her dominance in the bodyboarding event that took place at Praia da Costa Nova, in Ílhavo, on July 31st and August 1st.

The Algarve athlete once again proved unbeatable, standing out throughout the competition with the highest scores. She finished first in every heat, having recorded the two best waves and the two highest combined scores of the championship.

With this result, Joana Schenker reinforces her status as Miss Cup record holder, now totaling five national and four international victories.

"I'm sure that the sea of Costa Nova is generous to me and every time I get outside I say to it: Hello, here I am again ," he said at the end.

The Algarve bodyboarder expressed her "extreme joy" at winning and surfing well, also highlighting the "high level of competition." She took the opportunity to thank the sponsors "who have been following my journey."
