Unfair practices under the microscope of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection
In April, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) published a report summarizing the office's activities in 2024. The document presents a comprehensive picture of the office's activities in two key areas: competition protection and consumer protection. We commented on the preliminary information that preceded the report's publication in "Rzeczpospolita" on March 21st in the article "Fewer decisions, but higher fines.
