The Polish car sales and financing market is very promising. The car-to-population ratio is one of the highest in Europe, higher than in Germany, France, or the UK. Poles are mobile and love cars, and it doesn't matter that used cars predominate in this statistic. This represents enormous potential for selling and financing new cars. I rate the current situation in this market very positive. Both car sales and financing have been growing dynamically in Poland for years.

What will be key to the development of car sales and financing?

Long-term car rental has been heralded as a particularly dominant market option for years. However, leasing and financing have dominated the market for years. This is likely because long-term rentals are used solely as work tools, typically by large companies interested not so much in cars themselves as fleets. However, the market is dominated by individual car users, both as entrepreneurs and consumers. The speed, ease, affordability, and transparency of the car purchase and financing process will be key to the development of the car sales and financing market. It's a unique way of acquiring a good, one that doesn't take minutes or hours. Currently, this process is not only cumbersome and typically lasts several days. We would like to measure this process in hours and make it easy and enjoyable.

A significant portion of Poles still approach buying a car with a particular approach. How do you convince them to do so online?

We call ourselves the Spotify of cars, or a multi-channel (online and offline) car platform. Our business model combines the functions of a shopping platform with financing, insurance, and full after-sales service, including car service support. Currently, to buy a car, you first need to search classifieds sites or manufacturer websites. Choose a car. Typically, you go through the financing stage—a loan or lease—choose your insurance, and finally register the car. Then you have to service it. At VEHIS, we combine all these stages of car buying in one place, providing ongoing support from our advisors, as well as post-purchase car service support. This allows us to offer a comprehensive service that is not only convenient and fast for customers but also financially attractive. Just as on Spotify, to access music, you simply select and click, with VEHIS, to get in the car, you first select and click on our platform. We'll take care of the rest, right up to handing the customer the car keys, and in the near future, until we include their old car in the trade-in, offering a choice of a new one. Currently, customers can compare and choose from 43 major car brands available online, both new and used, and in the future, from all 61 car brands currently available in Poland.

How much could the financing and transaction volume be in 2025, compared to over PLN 1 billion in financing and 8,000 transactions in 2024? And what could the financial results be in 2025?

We ended last year with a net financial result exceeding PLN 10 million. The past six months of this year provide confidence that we will end this year with results in the form of 16,000 transactions, PLN 2 billion in financing, a balance sheet total exceeding PLN 3.5 billion, nearly 30,000 clients served, and, most importantly, a net financial result of PLN 35–40 million. As you can see, we are growing rapidly, which also confirms that our business model has proven successful. We now employ over 360 people, with a large majority of sales advisors, whose number is growing rapidly.

Is it possible to scale this business and transfer this model to other markets?

Absolutely. We are well-prepared to scale our sales and financial results, including the number of customers served. The VEHIS model has already been positively verified by the market; it is profitable, and growing revenues allow us to confidently plan further ambitious goals. We see that we have successfully met the current expectations of car users, initially only businesses, now also consumers. By concluding a transaction with VEHIS, they are assured not only of the speed and transparency of the process but also of the car they choose, always delivered by an authorized dealer. In this respect, other European markets are no different. Our business model is applicable in any European country.
