Big door for Guillermo

Guillermo Hermoso de Mendoza left the Pamplona Bullring on shoulders during yesterday's bullfight on horseback, the first afternoon of the traditional San Fermín Fair.

The Prince of Estella performed a great job with his second bull, the sixth of the afternoon, cutting off both ears and the tail after an excellent fight and killing the bull with a well-aimed lance, which then circled the ring.
A historic afternoon for the Navarrese bullfighter, who said that this performance ended up being his consecration in Pamplona, the bullring where his father Pablo triumphed.
On the other hand, yesterday's bullfight was historic, as Lea Vicens became the first woman to participate in the Bullfighting Festival. Only the death of a bull on rejones prevented her from earning an ear from each bull and also from leaving through the main gate.
Roberto Armendáriz, a determined bullfighter, earned an ear from the second bull.
Today Miguel Ángel Perera, Talavante and Daniel Luque will be fighting.
