December 4th marks the fiftieth anniversary of the death of the vital German thinker, who will be honored with these events organized by the Goethe-Institut and the W. Benjamin-DAAD Chair, and sponsored by Revista Ñ.

The figure of the meeting is Thomas Meyer, author of a biography of Arendt with unknown details of a powerful life.

Performance

Playwright/director/actress Laura Santos will conduct research with a German playwright to develop a performance concept that draws on elements from the work and life of Hannah Arendt. Several documentary recordings of conversations with the celebrated thinker will be included in the performance.
