Three goals and four posts: Milan overwhelms Lecce and will face Lazio in the Coppa Italia round of 16.

AC Milan beat Lecce 3-0 (1-0) and advance to the Coppa Italia round of 16. Gimenez scored in the 20th minute, Nkunku six minutes into the second half, and Pulisic scored in the 19th minute. Lecce were down to 10 men from the 18th minute of the first half following Siebert's red card. The Rossoneri will face Lazio.

Udinese also advanced, defeating Palermo 2-1 and thus facing Juventus in the round of 16. Goals for Runjaic's team came from Zaniolo in the 41st minute and Miller in the 45th. Pippo Inzaghi's Rosanero scored with a 93rd-minute goal from Peda.

Cagliari also secured their place in the round of 16 with a 4-1 victory over Frosinone. The Sardinians took the lead with a second-minute penalty from Gaetano, before Lazio equalized in the 36th minute through Vergani. Pisacane's side then ran riot in the second half with goals from Borrelli (67'), Felici (80'), and Cavuoti (85'). Cagliari will face Napoli in the round of 16, with home and away matches scheduled for December 3rd and 17th.
