Two players have been suspended in Serie A after their matches on Matchday 4. Both are from Lazio , who suffered a bitter derby defeat against Roma , the third defeat in four league games for Maurizio Sarri 's team.

Two days in Guendouzi

Sports judge Gerardo Mastrandrea has handed a two-match suspension to Matteo Guendouzi , who was sent off by referee Sozza after the match had already concluded. The French midfielder was punished for "using insults towards the referee." Guendouzi will miss the matches against Genoa and Torino and will return for Atalanta-Lazio on October 18. Reda Belahyane , who was sent off during the match, will be suspended for one match.
