Palermo (Acea): "Honored to receive the Guido Carli Award that valorizes people and territories"

"Acea is a protagonist in the water transition, human capital is a strategic lever"
“It is an honor to receive this award because I believe it recognizes the contribution I have tried to give over time to the values in which I have always believed: the creation of value in companies, with concrete consequences for the community, always putting people at the center,” said Fabrizio Palermo, CEO of Acea , commenting on the award received for his professional career on the occasion of the XVI edition of the Guido Carli Award at the Sinopoli Hall of the Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome.
“A recognition – he added – that looks at my entire curriculum, but also at the activity carried out in Acea, an infrastructural reality that operates in complex sectors, such as water, today at the center of an important transition path. In the future, the water transition will be as crucial as, if not more than, the energy transition: companies like Acea have a fundamental role in promoting this transition in Italy”.
Stressing the importance of human capital , Palermo recalled the company's commitment: “In recent years we have signed one of the first protocols centered on the person, also with the union, and promoted numerous initiatives both inside and outside the company.”
