Confagricoltura Fvg: new Highway Code and wine consumption

The webinar: “Wine and the new Highway Code: limits, sanctions, how have they reduced consumption?”, organized by Confagricoltura Fvg in collaboration with Confagricoltura Donna Fvg and Agrisoluzioni, as part of the Sissar 2025 programming – Section B, will be held on Monday 9 June at 6:00 pm on the Microsoft Teams platform.

After the institutional greetings of the president of Confagricoltura Donna Fvg, Paola Giovannini Pasti , there will be speakers Antonio Dalla Mora , national councilor of Fipe and president of the Public Establishments of the Province of Udine, who will address the topic of the commercial impact of the new rules and criminal lawyer, Jessica Spizzo , who will illustrate the main legal aspects related to limits and sanctions.

Conscious consumption today, in fact, is at the center of a debate that involves producers, restaurateurs and citizens. The recent changes to the Highway Code raise important questions: do regulatory changes really influence consumer choices (many restaurateurs report a double-digit percentage decrease in wine consumption at the table)? How can we combine the valorization of wine with road safety and compliance with the rules?
