Stellantis, the two-year economic agreement is signed, 6.6% increases for 60 thousand workers

The table for the renewal of the CCSL, the Stellantis Group contract that also involves Iveco, Cnh Industrial and Ferrari and that involves 60 thousand workers, closes with the signature of the metalworkers' unions. All, except Fiom-Cgil which however, unlike in the past, this time was close to signing, then the final synthesis was missing. The agreement provides for the two-year economic increases of 6.6%, 134.96 euros for Stellantis and 139.80 euros for Iveco, Cnhi and Ferrari, with an additional one-off payment of 480 euros.
The text provides for the recognition of a first tranche equal to 3.7% (75.43 euros area 2; 78.13 euros 3rd group) in the June paycheck, a second tranche of 2% (42.28 euros area 2; 43.80 euros 3rd group) in January 2026 and a third tranche of 0.80% (17.25 euros area 2; 17.87 euros 3rd group) which will be paid in November 2026, one month after the expiry of the agreement just signed. As for the one-off measure, half will be paid in the June 2025 paycheck, the other half in June 2026.
The agreement comes in the midst of negotiations for the renewal of the national metalworkers' contract, which is at a standstill, so much so that the unions have announced a new national strike to keep attention high on the issue.
The green light on the economic part concerns the second two-year period of the Specific Collective Labor Agreement signed on March 8, two years ago, which is valid for the entire four-year period 2023-2026. The 6.6% increase will also increase the calculation basis for the performance bonuses of the Stellantis, Iveco and Cnh Industrial groups. Furthermore, the agreement also provides for the improvement of the indicators for defining the performance bonus for the Stellantis group. The guidelines for the classification commission in Cnh Industrial, Iveco and Stellantis have also been established, while in Ferrari it is already foreseen at company level, a step that will have to be defined by 2026 in order to have a new economic element in the next CCSL.
"The parties have demonstrated a strong commitment to reaching the agreement in the spirit of labor relations based on participation that have already characterized the previous renewals of the CCSL, underlines Giuseppe Manca, HR Manager for Stellantis Italia. "With the national and international context we are experiencing, in which consumers remain perplexed about the timing of the energy transition and uncertainties about the steps to be taken at European level for the relaunch of the automotive sector, we have found together the solutions to adequately protect the interests of workers while ensuring the competitiveness of the Company in the country".
