BCC Banca di Udine: Lorenzo Sirch confirmed as president for the three-year period 2025-2027

The Shareholders' Meeting of BCC Banca di Udine has renewed its Corporate Bodies for the three-year period 2025-2027, confirming its confidence in the current governance of the institution. The Board of Directors, which met on May 7 at the headquarters in Viale Tricesimo, unanimously reconfirmed Dr. Lorenzo Sirch as President.
Alongside President Sirch, the new Board of Directors includes Alberto Lippi (Vice President), Michele Bortolussi (Vice President), Luisa De Marco, Pietro Del Fabbro, Giulia Marioni, Lucia Peresson, Giovanni Rinaldi and, as a new appointment, Giacomo Andolfato.
The composition of the Board of Auditors was also confirmed, with Gino Colla as President and Gianluca Fantini and Elisabetta Migliarotti as Effective Auditors, supported by the Deputy Auditors Elena Cussigh and Francesco Zani.
The Assembly expressed deep appreciation for the work of the outgoing corporate bodies, underlining the importance of the Bank's role as a point of reference for the territory, faithful to the cooperative and mutualistic principles that guide its action. The addition of a new director, Giacomo Andolfato, testifies to the desire for continuous development.
“The re-election of the Corporate Bodies represents an important sign of continuity and confidence in the strategy undertaken by the Bank,” commented the President Dr. Lorenzo Sirch. “In a constantly evolving context, we will strive to consolidate capital strength, strengthen internal governance and continue on the path of digital innovation and customer proximity, always in compliance with the principles of cooperative credit and regulations.”
President Sirch was also reconfirmed as a representative of BCC Banca di Udine both in the Board of Directors of the Federation of BCCs of FVG and in that of the Regional Association of Cooperative Credit Banks, Rural and Artisan Banks, Zadružne Banke of Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
