"Historic agreement at Rovagnati": the well-known ham brand hires 140 people

Biassono (Monza and Brianza) - An agreement has been reached at Rovagnati on hiring. The Brianza-based food company, owner of the well-known ham brand, has committed to hiring 140 of the 300 contracted workers at the Biassono and Villasanta (Monza Brianza) sites. This was announced by the trade organizations of Cgil and Cisl , who underline that "after decades of entrusting various phases of production to other companies, Rovagnati is changing course and signing an agreement to internalize workers" .

Under the agreement, Rovagnati has already absorbed the first 97 employees already working at the Villasanta site. The other 44, who refer to the Biassono plant, will be hired starting next year and will move from the national logistics contract to the one applied to industrial food production companies.
