Ludovic Pouzelgues, Michelin-starred at Lulu Rouget, doubled his bets in July with this 50-seat bistro located on the Île de Nantes, a stone's throw from the machines. In a warm decor inspired by Parisian broths as well as Lyonnais bouchons (high ceiling, mosaic, wood, and brass), the short menu showcases bistro classics: organic eggs mimosa, country terrine, Grenoble fish, sweetbreads, confit lamb shoulder, Nantes cake, and floating island (approx. €40-70 à la carte, lunch menus at €20 and €25).
