Embolo and Teze in the starting lineup, Mawissa on the bench: AS Monaco with the expected squad for the clash against Lyon

Adi Hütter has had to adapt. While the AS Monaco coach had initially planned to start Folarin Balogun alongside Mika Biereth this Saturday evening against Lyon (9 p.m.), it is ultimately the Swiss Breel Embolo who will start the match on Matchday 33 of Ligue 1. The American, who injured his ankle during the training session the day before the match, is ultimately out and will not make a second consecutive start.

Kehrer rather than Mawissa

As announced in today's edition, Jordan Teze has once again been preferred to Vanderson on the right wing of the defense, and Thilo Kehrer returns to the center, to form the hinge with Wilfried Singo. The rest is fairly standard, notably with a double pivot composed of captain Zakaria and the young Camara. As a reminder, Saïmon Bouabré has been included in the squad selected by Adi Hütter following Balogun's withdrawal this Saturday morning.
