The American billionaire confirmed on Monday, November 10, that he will relinquish control of his conglomerate, the 11th largest company by market capitalization on the US stock exchange, in January, but will remain its largest shareholder. Aged 95, he is planning his succession: he has decided to bequeath his entire fortune to foundations managed by his children for charitable purposes.
