There's a lot happening at Place de la République in Dijon. For the past few days, a new offering has been attracting the attention and curiosity of passersby. Syrians Mohamad and Roba Al Aarouk, whom we met last year at the Refugee Food Festival, have just made their dream come true: opening a place where they can share the culinary specialties of their home country.
